Delivery & returns

UK Delivery

Packages will be delivered by DPD, 

orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving and sent on DPD next day tracked service.

If ordering at weekend order will be processed on the Monday.

When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered against your invoice/delivery note.  Please advise within 24 hours of your goods being delivered if there is anything missing/damaged.

 

In order for us to make a claim with postal or courier companies and to replace your goods we will need photographic evidence of damaged boxes, packages and damaged/missing goods.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We hope you're happy with any product purchased.
Non Faulty items
Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in a saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.  We will
refund in full or replace like for like however if the goods are not in a resalable condition we
reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
 
Faulty items
If you are not happy with any product purchased, products that have arrived damaged or have become damaged through in your opinion defective materials then you should notify immediately through email including photos.  It should be noted that due to the nature of the business and how the products are used, there will be general wear and tear expected upon the products.    Where the item needs to be returned to be inspected please return the item to us (at your expense) once inspected if the product is not repairable we will either replace or credit according to your preference. If we observe the damage is within the accepted level of general wear and tear we reserve the right to refuse to replace or credit the product, we will be able to return the original item if you wish (at your expense).
